Keeps my 3 stooges right where I want them!
I love the fact that my 3 stooges can no longer trail me in and out of every room of the house! When I'm rushing around trying to do house work or home business, they're all right behind me and I usually end up tripping over them. Now they stay in one area and I can run my marathon without repeating the phrase "outta the way, outta the way" lol The gate is short enough to step over and the small dogs can even fit through the pet door if I leave it open. The fat one in the middle doesn't stand a chance! I bought a second gate just to have as a back up which speaks to how much I love this gate!

Good gate for the $$
By J Kempenich
Much better quality than I expected! Sturdy gate.
If you open the pet door for, say, a cat, while still trying to keep a dog out, make sure the dog can't get through. My 35 pound boxer/jrt quickly showed us that she can squeeze through there;;
The one flaw I've found: the knob you twist to tighten the gate sometimes gets stuck. I don't know if we turn it too far and then leave it or what, but there are times where it Will Not Turn, and I have to get my stepfather to un-jam it. Once it turns again, everything works fine.
Check the width of your desired gating doors vs the minimum width for this gate, too! It works for our bedroom doors/etc, but not our bathroom doors, which are smaller.

Holds up to a toddler - and accommodates a fatcat
By Ginny Brooks
This gate was purchased to keep my almost-2-year-old out of the room that houses the catbox. The cats are fine with it, and despite all 32 pounds of her trying her darndest, the gate is still sturdily mounted. It was easy to install. I would have given it 5 stars if there was an easy way to prop the door open flush to the rest of the gate - as it is, it annoyingly sticks out in an open position. I will probably cable-tie it open, but think it should be improved in future iterations of the design.
