I bought this for my budgies after seeing someone else on my forum accidentally bought it for her cockatiel. It is gigantic and they can climb on it and chew on it. They aren't afraid of it and a few have been brave enough to start chewing on it. I think I will stuff the wicker balls with crinkle paper to make it a foraging toy too. It is just really funny to see the budgies on it. They look tiny!!
UPDATE: I eventually had to take this apart for them to actually start to destroy it. When you take it apart it is almost a dozen individual chewy toys, if not more. Definitely worth the money as buying each part individually would cost more.

Love Birds Love This Toy
My love birds have had a blast with this toy! It lasted several months before they nibbled through some of the twine that holds it together and some of the larger pieces fell. I simply took it out, "reconfigured it" with the remaining string, and hung it back up for them to finish off. It then lasted several more months. We have bought this toy twice and have been nothing less than completely satisfied. This is a great toy for SMALLER birds....do not expect it to be appropriate for large ones.

Enormous toy - lots of variety
By S. L. OREILLY
This toy is HUGE! It intimidated my 2 cockatiels at first - picky Paloma usually takes about a week to warm up to a new toy, but Desmond explores new chews right away. This one stayed at the far end of the playset for a while, then went up on the low-traffic side of their main cage (outside - it's way too big for inside) and is now routinely visited. I poked some paper shreds and spiky balls into the two large balls to make them more interesting and they have enjoyed tearing into the different pieces. I like the durability of this toy, and highly recommend it.
