BEST SCOOP I'VE FOUND...but with my modifications!
By R. Burns
I LOVE this scoop! I've used SO many scoops, trying to find the perfect one...one that would scoop quickly, keep most of the pieces in there, while letting the unused litter drop through quickly. THIS IS IT!!! Only thing, when I first started using it, it gave me a bruise in the middle bends of my fingers, due to the construction of the handle...it has a hollow center, leaving two long edges in back that were not comfortable. So I devised the foam handle that is pictured in the ad above. The scoop is GREAT...just wish it had a more ergonomic & comfy handle!!

Cut my scooping time in half!!!
By Many-Cat Mama
We have 9 cats and 11 litter boxes, which are scooped 2-3 times every day. You can imagine how long it would take with the mini scoops provided with some litter boxes or a scoop with large holes that let small clumps fall through - and since we use World's Best Litter, every little drip clumps and some of them are really small. And you don't even want to know how much money and time we spent on changing the litter every couple of weeks because we couldn't get all the tiny pee clumps out!
I heard about this scoop on the cats page at About.com, and pounced when I saw it on Amazon. I got one for the upstairs bank of litter boxes and one for the downstairs bank. After I got the hang of maneuvering the larger scoop in our smaller boxes (the big ones were easy) and into our somewhat narrow litter bags, I was hooked! I've never seen a scoop get a litter box so clean, so quickly and easily. And now, we can wait longer to dump, scrub and refill our litter boxes, because what's left is nearly as good as new. Also, it's easier to scrape the sides and bottom clean when one of the deep diggers gets a clump stuck to the box. Once in a great while, if I am scooping immediately after a cat has urinated, some of the litter will stick to the scoop, but it's easy to wipe off with a tissue or piece of toilet paper. I'd never want to use another scoop again.

LItter Lifter kitty litter scoop
By Joanne Watson
I like the fact that the slats are very close together and it picks up little bits of litter, but the fact that the front of it does not curve up a bit makes it a bit more challenging to keep it in the scoop. You need to tilt it back before putting it in the bucket, we have 10 cats, so I have some experience in scooping litter. The handle was not as ergonomic as I was hoping. It is strong enough to scoop the bottom of the litter pan where someone has urinated on the bottom and you have to get all of that out for sensitive noses in cats. Improve the handle and curve the end a bit and I would buy more.
